Our story
We have a philosophy of balance— as a family and in the food we serve. Food can be nourishing and easy, and food can be an elegant art.
The love of cooking started young for Chef Seth. He watched his mom & dad cook together, and joined them serving small gatherings at their home. As a teenager, he worked at a small family owned restaurant, Inn Harms Way, in Lincoln, NE. This experience sparked Seth’s passion & curiosity for creating memorable food.
Seth has 20+ years of experience in kitchens across Nebraska & Colorado. He’s worked in several top tier restaurants including the Ski Tip Lodge, Keystone Ranch, Flemings Prime Steakhouse and Plank. He is passionate about flavor and creative in his executions.
